Denise van Dijk is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria. Before founding Partners in Family Law, Denise had worked in Australia’s biggest family law firm in Sydney where she enjoyed a strong foundation in litigation and trained as a qualified mediator; and then moved south to join boutique family law firms in Melbourne.
At Partners in Family Law, we work in partnership with you. We listen, we support, we advise and we focus on your needs and priorities at the time that you most need support. We encourage an amicable approach to resolving disputes while protecting your interests, to provide a comprehensive service to achieve the best possible outcome for you and your family. We work in partnership with other professionals, such as accountants; psychologists; psychiatrists; tax lawyers; barristers and any others who will assist in a commercially practical, sensible outcome. Our focus is to settle matters via dispute resolution methods. Court and litigation is a last but sometimes necessary step.
